tanto entrenamiento cardiovascular como entrenamiento de fuerza. Por lo general las sesiones de bodytonic se dividen en dos partes; en la primera parte (m\u00e1s din\u00e1mica) se realiza entrenamiento de cardio a trav\u00e9s de ejercicios b\u00e1sicos y sencillos del fitness-aerobic y con la m\u00fasica como base. A veces se realizar\u00e1n en el suelo y otras sobre el step. Se podr\u00e1n incluir ciertos aparatos como mancuernas, pelotas grandes-peque\u00f1as, picas... para aumentar la intensidad.<\/p>\r\n      <p>En la segunda parte (m\u00e1s est\u00e1tica), se realizar\u00e1n todo tipo de ejercicios dirigidos a tonificar todo el cuerpo. Las sesiones de pilates ser\u00e1n de bajo impacto, con un n\u00famero de repeticiones bajo para cada ejercicio, y adecuando el nivel de los ejercicios a los practicantes. Es una actividad libre y ordenada en el uso de materiales del Centro, aunque existe un monitor encargado de velar por el buen uso y utilizaci\u00f3n de los elementos del gimnasio, as\u00ed como resolver cualquier duda sobre su manejo, intensidad de las cargas, etc. Por ello, las personas que acudan a esta actividad deber\u00edan tener unos conocimientos m\u00ednimos en el uso de las
